Rodney D. Lacey, 57, of Stamford, passed away, Sunday, May 31, 2020 in Abilene. A memorial service will be held 10:00 am, Friday, June 5, 2020 Paint Creek Baptist Church with Bro. Tony Grand officiating. Condolences may be made at www.haskellfuneralhometx.com.
Rodney was born July 11, 1962 in Stanton, Texas, the son of the late Herman Lacey and Betty Sue Campbell Lacey. He worked in the oilfield.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Ricky Allen Campbell.
Rodney is survived by his sons, Michael Dale Lacey; Lewis Lee Lacey, both of Haskell; grandchildren, Thomas Dale Lacey and Alexis Lynn Lacey of Odessa; Kason Michael Lacey of Haskell; brothers, Johnny Lacey and wife Debbie of Odessa; Lewis Lacey and wife Joann of Odessa; sister, Tina Lacey of Clarendon; numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of dear friends.
