Christina Ozuna Bryant

Christina Ozuna Bryant, 85, of Haskell, passed away, Wednesday, July 1, 2026, surrounded by her family. A memorial service will be held 2:00pm, Saturday, July 18, 2026 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Domingo Ozuna, officiating. Condolences may be made at www.haskellfuneralhometx.com.

Christina was born on January 10, 1941, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to the late Aurelia Dominguez Ozuna and Silvestre Ozuna. She earned her master's degree and dedicated 35 years to serving the students of Plainview ISD as a guidance counselor. She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Christina had a passion for collecting all kinds of treasures and found great joy in working in her yard. She was an avid animal lover.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Louis Ozuna, John Ozuna, Joe Ozuna and Mike Ozuna.

Christina is survived by her daughter, Mona Freeman and husband Sean of Benton, AR; son, Kendall Bryant, Jr. and wife Michelle of Abilene, TX; grandchildren, Phoenix Johnson and husband Brandon, Forest Bryant and wife Amanda, Freedom Sellars and husband Nicholas, Falcon Freeman and wife Grace, River Bryant and wife Graceann, Zane Bryant; great grandchildren, Brave Sellars, Silas Bryant, Amelia Bryant, Haven Johnson, Sledge Sellars, Viserys Bryant, and Wayland Bryant. She is also survived by her siblings, Domingo and Dolores Ozuna of Haskell, TX, Candelaria Galindo of Haskell, TX, J.B. and Dominga Ozuna of Denton, TX, Susie Gonzales of Boerne, TX, Betty Martin of Haskell, TX, Janie and Tim Alexander of Haskell, TX, Danny and Linda Ozuna of Wichita Falls, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of dear friends.
