Levi Keith Sorrells

It is with great sadness that the family of Levi Keith Sorrells announces his passing on the morning of September 19th, 2018 at the age of 31. Levi is to be buried in Willow Cemetery in Haskell, TX during a private ceremony with the family. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 at the First Christian Church, Haskell. Arrangements are under the direction of Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Avenue D. Levi's achievements in life include, serving as a deacon with the Sachse Christian Church in Sachse, TX before he moved to Haskell, where he worked at City Bank, Stripes, and Dollar General. Levi also worked at the Dollar General in Munday, TX as an Assistant Manager. Levi was a history buff, loved to study western martial arts, and had a passion for firearms. He spent many enjoyable hours shooting with his Grandfather Woody.
His grandfather, Derrell Sorrells, preceded Levi in death.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Twyla; his siblings Lukas, Tabitha, Lydia and her husband Owen, Eli and his wife Katie, Caleb and his fiancée Paige, and Eve; his nieces Evelyn and Lorelei; his nephews Ethan, Ashton, and Thomas; his grandparents, Amy Sorrells, and Woody and Georgia Turnbow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hendricks Medical Center Foundation, 1900 Pine Street, Abilene, Texas 79601, www.hendrickfoundation.org.
