Nichole Cothron Wright

Nichole D. Wright, 44, of Haskell, Texas passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 in Abilene, Texas. A funeral will be Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church, Haskell, Texas with Pastor Darrell Feemster officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Cemetery under the direction of Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Avenue D. A visitation will be held Monday, September 16, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Haskell Funeral Home.
Nichole was born October 1, 1974 in Abilene, Texas to the late Joe Cothron and Connie Wright Cothron. On December 17, 1995, she married the love of her life, Steven Wright.
Nichole was known for her love of giving. She was a devoted wife and mother to her two boys, Colton and Caleb. Nichole used her many talents of decorating to make sure the boys' football team had something new each week in their lockers. She wanted the boys to feel loved, encouraged, and supported. Nichole gave with no hesitation or boundaries; she just wanted everyone around her to know how much she loved them. Nichole loved the Lord and had a strong faith. She knew that God had her in the palm of His Hand. She was loved by so many and she will be dearly missed. Nichole was a member of East Side Baptist Church.
Nichole was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Connie Wright Cothron.
Nichole is survived by her husband of 23 years, Steven Wright; her sons, Colton and Caleb Wright of Haskell; sister, Amanda Arendall and husband Justin of Haskell; brother, Wade Cothron of Huntsville, Alabama; mother-in-law and father in-law, Jim and Kay Wright of Johnson City, Texas; brother-in-law Wesley Wright and wife Angie of Johnson City, Texas; brother-in-law Richard Wright of Buda; nephews, Evan Wright, Casey Arendall, Cam Arendall; nieces, Kelly Crosby and husband Jacob, MaKayla Arendall, Levi Arendall, and Macey Arendall; Uncle Steve Cothron and wife Aunt Frankie of Haskell and a host of cousins and dear friends.
