Roy Lee Riley

Roy Lee Riley, 70, of Haskell, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in Abilene, Texas. A memorial service will be held 12:00pm, Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the First Baptist Church of Haskell with Rev. Edward Lee Riley officiating. Condolences may be made at www.haskellfuneralhometx.com.

Roy Lee was born March 7, 1956, in Haskell, Texas, the son of the late Tom Riley and Odessa Thomas Riley. He was a lifelong resident of Haskell and worked for many years at the local cotton gins.

In his younger years, Roy enjoyed playing basketball and baseball. As the years passed, he found pleasure in simpler pastimes such as fishing and spending time playing dominoes.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Charles Riley.

Roy Lee is survived by son, Edward Collins of Wichita Falls; daughter, Crystal Wallace of Ft. Worth; 9 grandchildren; siblings, Daniel Riley of Haskell; Iris Riley of Haskell; W.T. Riley of Los Angelas, CA; Otis Riley of Los Angels, CA; Edward Riley of Abilene; nieces and nephews, Casey Riley, Tanisha Riley, Keiland Riley, Carl Riley, Tiffany Riley, Otis Riley, Jr.; Desmond Riley, Ed Riley, Jr., Darian Riley, numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and a host of dear friends.
