Tammy Lynn Villa, 61, of Haskell passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021 in Abilene. A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Trinity Baptist Church with C.J. Frazier and Bro. Rick Brann officiating. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Avenue D. Tammy was born July 4, 1960 in Stamford, Texas, the daughter of the late Sylvia Leonora Green Gibbs and Kenneth Eugene Gibbs. On December 16, 1996, she married Juan "Boy" Villa, Sr., in Haskell, Texas. She has been a life-long resident of Haskell, and worked at the Sweet Shop and Modern Way, making baked goods for 25 years. She was always a hard worker and loved to bake. Tammy was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Donna Martin and grandson, Skyler Godfrey.
Tammy is survived by her husband Juan "Boy" Villa, Sr., daughter, Sarah Sanders of Haskell, TX; grandchildren, Emma Sanders of Olney, TX; Meagan Munsell of Big Spring, TX; Autom Sanders of Gainesville, TX; Kinsley Higenbottom of Tennessee; Lorenzo Arebalos of California; Marissa Graham of Tennessee; great-grandchildren, Riley Sanders-Rapp, Laynie Sanders and Cameron Gipson. She is also survived by stepchildren, Josie Villa of Tennessee, Juan Villa, Jr. of Tennessee; Christina Arebalos and husband Lorenzo of California, sister, Beverly Decker and husband Sammy of Haskell, TX; brother, Eugene Gibbs and wife Debra of Haskell, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of dear friends.
