William Palmer Hulbert, IV

William Palmer Hulbert IV, 59, of Knox City, formerly of Tickfal, Louisiana, passed away in Lubbock at Lakeside Rehabilitation and Care Center on Sunday, May 28, 2023. William was born December 15, 1963, in Harlingen, Texas, the son of the late William Palmer Hulbert III and Jeanette Victoria Rogers Hulbert. He worked in the healthcare industry in Louisiana providing dedicated compassionate direct care for 25 years. He was an honest, hardworking, good man who loved music and going to the casino.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

William is survived by his loving brother Michael Hulbert of Knox City, Texas; aunt, Myrtle Steele of Magnolia, Mississippi; and numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
