Obituary for Connie L. Cothron
Connie L. Cothron, 66, of Haskell, passed away, Friday, March 2, 2018 in Haskell. A Funeral Service will be 2:00pm, Monday, March 5, 2018 at East Side Baptist Church with Pastor Darrell Feemster and Connie Feemster officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Cemetery under the direction of Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Avenue D. A visitation will be held 4-6pm, Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Haskell Funeral Home. Connie was born October 18, 1951, in Haskell, TX. , the daughter of the late James “Pete” Wright and Zenoble Owens Wright. On June 5, 1970, she married Joe Cothron, who preceded her in death January 27, 2007. Connie was known for her many talents such as: her bow making skills, her elaborate Christmas decorations, and her creative ideas. She had an infectious smile and such a loving heart. Everyone that knew her, loved her . Connie was a generous woman who loved her children and grandchildren, but more than anything she loved the Lord. She was a member of East Side Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joe Cothron; sister, Nadine Teague and brother, Dean McCoy Wright.
Connie is survived by her children, Nichole Wright and husband Steven; Amanda Arendall and husband Justin all of Haskell; Wade Cothron of Huntsville, Alabama; grandchildren Colton Wright, Caleb Wright, Casey Arendall, MaKayla Arendall, Levi Arendall, Cam Arendall, Macey Arendall, nieces, nephews and a host of dear friends.
