Obituary for Tammy Lynn Letterman Parham
Tammy Lynn (Letterman) Parham, 53, of Haskell, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 in Haskell. A Memorial Service will be at 10:30 am, Saturday, January 28, 2017 at East Side Baptist Church with Bro. Tony Grand officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Her wishes were to be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Haskell Funeral Home, 2 Avenue D, Haskell. Condolences may be made at www.haskellfuneralhometx.com.

Tammy was born on March 13, 1963 in Midland, Texas, the daughter of Bill Warren Letterman and Dorothy “Opal” (Clark) Letterman. She resided in the Haskell area since 1972. For 20 years, Tammy worked as the secretary for Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service for Haskell County, before retiring. During that time, she became very involved with and served as a volunteer for the Haskell 4H Club. Tammy was also a member of TEEA of Haskell (Texas Extension Educators Association). She also served as the Secretary/Treasurer for the First Christian Church in Haskell, TX. Tammy was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan, enjoyed collecting dragon flies and LOVED Elvis. Tammy will be dearly missed, she was liked and loved by many.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Letterman and grandparents.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Opal Langford and stepfather Harley Langford of Buffalo Gap, TX; daughter, Tabitha Pierce and husband Wade of Anna, TX; daughter, Andrea Anderson of Fort Worth, TX; son, Billy “Crow” Parham of Haskell, TX; grandson, Kayden Evans of Fort Worth, TX; brother, Danny Letterman and wife Lori of Burnet, TX; nephews, Taylor Letterman of Austin, TX; Cody Letterman of San Marcos; niece, Hailey Letterman of Nacogdoches, TX; step-brothers, Scott Langford and wife Betsy of Haskell, TX; Matt Langford of Haskell, TX; many extended family members and a host of dear friends.

The family would like to thank Haskell Healthcare Center and Hendricks Medical Center and Hospice for the great care and love they showed Tammy.
